Arnaud Ndihokubwayo

Co-Founder & Program Director

 As the program director of Books and Basketball, Arnaud is responsible for day-to-day management decisions and for implementing the overall strategy of the organization.

Arnaud is Strategist and Serial Investor from Atlanta, Georgia. Today he works at Salesforce where he is helping articulate the strategic and financial impact that the SFDC platform can deliver to organizations. Ultimately, he develops C-level account strategies, value propositions and success metrics, investment justifications, deal structures and commercial proposals for the most strategic customers.

Arnaud lives in Atlanta where he is actively involved in the community. He is an active member of several non-profit organizations in addition to Books N Basketball. Arnaud was educated at Georgia Tech and Iowa State University.

Bertrand Ndihokubwayo

Associate Program Director

As the Associate Program Director, Bertrand is responsible for the daily operation of Books and Basketball.

Bertrand (Bnova) is a record producer, composer, and songwriter. He produces for 4 major US labels. He is a former Risk Consultant professional, working at several Fortune 50 companies where he partnered with various business lines to identify risk and controls with business processes. Bertrand was educated at the University of Minnesota majoring in Economics.

 From his roots, as a member of the Burundian Iowan Association, he continues to donate his time in mentor-based organizations focusing on the African and African-American community.
